CarAngel/BoatAngel Outreach Centers is a charity organization that sponsors prisons along the southern border of California/Tijuana, Mexico. They provide training materials that include videos and books that help rehabilitate the prisoners. They also have pastors doing prison ministry in other countries including, Peru, and the United States. The children’s DVD’s, anti-drug movies and other uplifting movies and music from famous bands like Northern Light Orchestra are a huge hit. These help the prisoners and the young people who have gone astray leave the misguided path and lead a fulfilling life of values.
